Jeff Mickle
Principal
Jeff started his Southeast Florida Construction career as a laborer in his teens. Working his way to carpenter, doing hands on shell construction, slabs, tie beams and roof framing, then ultimately to supervision and construction management. Obtaining his General Contracting License in 2001, he managed the construction of high end country club and waterfront homes in the Southeast Florida Market. Jeff has held positions as a Building Company Vice President and Division President for national home building companies. His passion and vision for helping create dreams to reality for clients along with understanding the price sensitivity is unmatched.

Deborah Ross
Principal
A Florida native, Deborah started her career in the Construction Industry at age 24. Her first industry related job was with an International public development and home building company, starting with administrative and permit coordination. Through her passion and work ethic over time she worked her way through the ranks to management and coordination of high end custom home building. Deborah also gained experience with property and land acquisition along with being an Owner’s Construction Representative for high end country club renovations totaling $65,000,000. This experience has made her a leading player when it comes to vision, execution and budget for the client.

Gavin Ross
Marketing and Assistant Project Management
Born and raised in Southeast Florida, Gavin majored and completed his 4-year Business Administration Degree, graduating early from Flager College where he attended with scholarships as a college athlete. He has been exposed to Custom Home Building through the family business, along with having a passion for Real Estate from an early age. He joined the LSA Group which is under the Sotheby’s International Realty umbrella after obtaining his Real Estate Sales Associate License. LSA stands out as a top-producing team in Northeast Palm Beach County area moving high end homes in private club and waterfront communities. Gavin works with the Bondi Team as well handling marketing and administrative duties along with building the property management branding.
